We had so much fun with Jeanne Bakker last year that we had to invite her back.
With a strong background in psychology and the science of education, Jeanne has a keen understanding of how we learn and has applied that understanding to training companies around the world.
The first time we had Jeanne as a guest we talked about gamification, measuring success, and the importance of including management in the planning process. We picked up right where we left off and talked about Jeanne’s latest gamification project onboarding workers from around the world.
Jeanne’s creating pre-boarding as well as onboarding for the many workers from around the world helping at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar. She’s working on an exciting gamified learning solution and talked about her unique approach.
She also used a live streaming production app called mmhmm to level up our production of IDIODC. Watch the YouTube replay if you want to see the full effect.
