Variables Workshop

The dominKnow I ONE authoring platform provides the tools to rapidly create engaging digital learning content. Using Variables throughout your course content will enrich the interactive learning experience for your target audience, and take your authoring skills to the next level. There are countless ways in which authors can use variables, from the basic system variables to complex, customised variables, with conditions, that will add a level of programming-like control to your authoring skills.

Games Workshop

The dominKnow | ONE Games Development Workshop is a virtual, instructor-led training class that focuses on the uses of objects, actions, variables, and conditions to create sophisticated game-like learning activities. Through hands-on exercises you will experience best practices that apply to real projects right away.

Instructional Design Workshop

For most Content Authors and Developers, their route into instructional design is often as a Subject-Matter Expert or a Classroom Trainer, yet these skills do not always translate to quality design. This customised instructor-led workshop provides Instructional Designers with a practical process to craft measurable solutions for the modern workforce, by refining and reducing the training load on the learner.
The theory presented is backed up by scenarios, allowing delegates to practice proven methods and build the confidence to complete the formal assignments at the end of each module. This course also provides a portfolio of resources for delegates to take away, including useful templates and documentation that will assist with the development of good quality, relevant instructional design when back in the workplace.

Accessibility Training

Accessible e-learning is becoming a vital aspect of a well-rounded diversity strategy for government, corporations, and education institutions. In this class, you will learn about Section 508 and WCAG accessibility standards, how they relate to each other, and how they relate to your accessibility strategy. You will also leverage the dominKnow | ONE features and development best practices to design, develop, and test your e-learning courses for standards compliance. The goal is to produce accessible courses that are robust, interactive, and media-rich.
