dominKnow and COVID-19

We hope this message finds you and your family in good health as this unprecedented set of circumstances unfolds. Our sympathies go out to all those affected by COVID-19.  

With worries and changes all around us, we would like to alleviate any concerns regarding dominKnow’s plans to continue to deliver our service uninterrupted.

As health and safety is always top of mind, we have invoked our pandemic procedures as outlined in our BCP (Business Continuity Plan). Furthermore, all of our employees, contractors, consultants and suppliers have been mandated to:  

  • Cancel all travel
  • Cancel all face-to-face meetings
  • Cancel all group events or other in-person gatherings
  • Work from home

Our mandate will remain in full effect and alignment with the guidelines communicated by our Government and the World Health Organization. We all have to do our part to help flatten the curve and keep everyone as safe as possible.  

Being a cloud-based business with established flexible, secure workspaces and conditions, our work-from-home transition has been smooth and without disruption or compromise.

With plans and processes in place for emergency situations, dominKnow will continue uninterrupted operations and deliver on our commitment to providing a best of class platform, with the utmost security, performance and availability in all areas of business - including our support, sales, and product development teams.
