The department provides technical, product and end-user support to clients ranging from systems hosted in our own hosting facility to systems installed on client networks.
dominKnow’s help desk support team uses an incident management, automated ticket system for managing, tracking and resolving all questions, bugs and features reported by customers.
dominKnow also maintains an online knowledge base and user discussion forum to help clients quickle resolve potential issues and learn how other client organizations are using the dominKnow LCMS and dominKnow Learning Center.
