Larmer Brown Consulting is the first UK-based organisation to be appointed Reseller and Services Partner for dominKnow Learning Systems. Located in North Hampshire, Larmer Brown will offer dominKnow’s award-winning Claro tool as part of its business transformation, content development and training services.
Larmer Brown specialises in assisting organisations with the implementation of large IT projects and learning initiatives, through content development and end-user training delivery programs. Janice Brown, Managing Director of Larmer Brown said: “When assessing the content development tools on the market it was important for us to find a solution that considers emerging needs, such as mobile learning. dominKnow’s Claro was designed to support mobile devices from its inception and, as a web-based tool, it also delivers a constant level of innovation and development. The tool is extremely user friendly and robust and will bring considerable benefits to our client base.”
Claro was one of a number of tools showcased at Larmer Brown’s client event in London on 14th March. The event discussed the advantages of organisations utilising a combination of tools in order to develop their own Hybrid eLearning Solution. Janice Brown added: “eLearning has evolved, not least of which is the shift towards mobile learning, and we believe it is no longer possible for an organisation to find one tool that meets all their eLearning needs. Our mission is to source a set of complementary tools that we can offer to our clients.”
Winner of Brandon Hall’s Technology Excellence Award three years running, Claro, is a web-based, collaborative eLearning authoring platform for creating, managing, and delivering high-quality learning, and an industry leader in HTML5 content authoring. Claro is designed for small, medium, and large scale businesses that require tools, processes, workflow and content management capabilities to facilitate the creation and management of learning content.
Paul Schneider, Senior VP of Business Development at dominKnow, said: “We are delighted that Larmer Brown has joined our Partner Programme and are looking forward to leveraging their substantial experience with the implementation of large IT projects and learning initiatives to increase our presence in the UK.”
