Opportunities:
Instructional Designers
Candidates should have experience designing and creating learning experiences for online, instructor-led and blended delivery modes. As an Instructional Designer, you will work as a key member of our project team to develop custom courseware for dominKnow customers.
Responsibilities will include:
- Needs and content analysis
- Learning strategy design
- Storyboard and script development
- Quality assurance and evaluation
You will work collaboratively with other specialists including project managers, client subject matter experts, graphic designers, web development specialists, and production project managers.
Graphic and Media Designers
Requirements for these positions include:
- Proven experience in creative design for media projects.
- Strong knowledge of media development tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, DreamWeaver or other HTML tools
Software Programmer
Requirements for this position include:
- Strong knowledge of internet programming languages, especially HTML, Javascript, CSS
- Strong knowledge of database design, implementation skills, and SQL programming
- Knowledge of XML and related data transformation technologies
- Demonstrable experience in the development of web applications
- A curious nature, a desire to find root causes and solutions
Knowledge in any of the following areas would be considered an asset
- Coldfusion and/or Flex
- Flash and ActionScript
- .Net development, especially C# and ASP.Net
- Previous experience in e-learning, SCORM, or PHP
Software Designer / Developer
Requirements for this position include:
- Demonstrable experience in the creation of omni-browser, plug-in free rich web applications
- Excellent knowledge of basic internet programming languages: HTML, CSS
- Excellent knowledge of Object Oriented internet languages and libraries: Javascript, JQuery, YUI
- Strong knowledge of database design, implementation skills, and SQL programming
- Strong knowledge of XML and related data transformation technologies
Expertise in any of the following areas is an additional asset
- Coldfusion and/or Flex
- Flash and ActionScript
- .Net development, especially C# and ASP.Net
- Previous experience in e-learning, SCORM, or PHP
Summer Students
